All swimmers meeting the age range eligibility to compete at the first European Games in Azerbaijan this summer are being urged to process their British Swimming Championships entries as soon as possible.
All boys born 1997/1998 and girls born 1999/2000 will need to provide further identification information prior to progressing their entry. This is to ensure all information required for accrediting any selected swimmer meets the deadlines established by the Baku 2015 European Games organising committee.
Athletes within the age range must complete the Baku 2015 European Games Visa Requirements Form located at the back of the entry pack and return it with a valid passport scan and a passport style head shot. The passport must be valid to 29th October 2015 and the photo must follow the guidelines included.
Until all the required documents have been received and approved by the BOA swimmers will not be permitted to progress their entry to the British Championships.
