City of Derby swimmer Lewis White was on record-breaking form at the International Swim Meet 2017 in Germany as broke his own British Para-Swimming record.

Paralympic medallist White set his record in the 200m Freestyle, slicing more than half a second off his old PB.

White clocked 2:05.10 in the 200m Free heats, beating his old marker of 2:05.87 from Dubai last month.

The 16-year old won 400m Freestyle bronze in the S9 classification at his maiden Paralympic Games in Rio last year.
